Onenote Will Not Sync With Onedrive
OneDrive, Word Online, Excel Online, PowerPoint Online, and OneNote Online will appear as new tiles after you click on the app launcher (the square in the top left corner) in webmail, or at portal.office.com. Click one of the app tiles to: create and share Office documents (Word Online, Excel Online, PowerPoint Online, or OneNote Online).
